We collect only what an order needs:

• Your mobile number, to verify who you are and to contact you about an order. It is your account identity — we do not use passwords.
• Your name, delivery address and optional email, so we can ship your order and confirm it.
• Your order history, including what you bought and what you paid.
• Complaint details and any photograph you choose to attach.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Cashfree; we receive only a payment reference and its status.

We use two cookies, both strictly necessary and both set only by this site: a session cookie once you sign in, and a cart cookie so your cart survives a refresh. Both are HTTP-only, cannot be read by scripts in your browser, and are not used for advertising. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order:

• Cashfree Payments, to take payment and process any refund.
• Message Central, to send the one-time code to your mobile number.
• Our courier partner, to deliver your parcel — name, address and phone.
• Cloudinary, to store any photograph you attach to a complaint.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing by anyone else.

Order, payment and complaint records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires. Sign-in sessions expire on their own, and you can end them by signing out. Saved addresses stay until you delete them.

You can see and correct your details, and delete a saved address, from your account at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, email goldencattlefoods@gmail.com from your registered contact, or call us. We may need to keep order records that law requires us to retain, and we will say so if that applies.

Traffic to this site is encrypted. Sign-in tokens are stored only as a one-way hash, so they cannot be reused even by us. Payment verification is checked with a cryptographic signature on our servers, and we never rely on the browser to tell us that a payment succeeded.

This site is not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
