You can cancel an order yourself from your account at any point before it is handed to a courier — while it shows as Payment confirmed or Packing. Once it has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible from the site.

Ghee is a sealed food product. For the safety of every customer, we cannot accept the return of a pack that has been opened, unless the product is defective or was damaged in transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, a jar has leaked, an item is missing, or you received the wrong size, raise a complaint from your account within 7 days of delivery. Attach a photograph of the pack and the outer box if you can — it helps us resolve it quickly and take it up with the courier.

Once we have reviewed it, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree. Once we initiate a refund it usually reaches your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. We will confirm the amount and date when we start it.

Where shipping was charged and the whole order is being refunded, the shipping charge is refunded too.

Seasonal changes may appear in the colour and flavour of the product, and ghee sets grainy in cool weather and turns liquid in the heat. These are normal characteristics of naturally made ghee and are not defects, so they are not grounds for a refund on their own. If you are unsure whether something is normal, send us a photograph and we will tell you honestly.

If a payment fails, no order is placed and you are not charged. Where an amount has been debited but the order did not confirm, it is automatically reversed by the bank, normally within 5–7 working days. Contact us with the payment reference if it has not appeared.
