We currently ship across India only.

We do not ship internationally at present. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Orders are packed and handed to a courier within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, local restrictions and courier delays can extend them, and we will keep you informed if that happens.

Shipping is ₹99 on orders under ₹1,499, and free on orders at or above that amount. The charge is shown in your cart and on the checkout summary before you pay.

Once your parcel is handed over, we add the courier name and tracking number to your order. You will find them on the order page in your account, along with a tracking link where the courier provides one.

Ghee is packed in sealed glass jars, cushioned and boxed for transit. If your parcel arrives damaged or a jar has leaked, please raise a complaint from your account within 7 days with a photograph, and we will replace or refund it.
